About me
After 25 years in public education, my passion and dedication to do what is best for students and teachers continues to grow. I have experience teaching in traditional and Montessori classrooms, was a reading teacher, literacy coach, and now literacy consultant. I have been with Red Cedar Writing Project since 2006 becoming a co-director in 2015. In this role, I am director of Spartan Writing Camp. This experience has pushed me to think about ways to bring a writing experience to different spaces in our community.
